Tune/Flash /What??

I have an 04 vert and just wondering what happened to the power it had when stock. I disconnected the battery when I installed my Corsa exhuast had some slight welding to do for install. Orginally I had installed high flow cats but ended up going back to stock cats. Anyway to make a long story short after the install it seems that there was less power to the rear wheels (seat of pants feeling) So I am wondering if I need to have my computer flashed, John at parts rack told me to change the plug wires and therm. I have them but I am still wonder why I feel less power since I changed my exhuast to Corsa. anyone have any answers???? Just turned 16k

I experienced the same situation when I installed the exhaust. The computer is adaptive in the car and needs to learn the changes in airflow. Give it a few hundred miles and it will be fine. Dont be afraid to teach it you mean business...

The computer flash is a great mod as it really wakes up the mid range. I suggest it.

I did the Flash before the Corsa. I could definitely feel the flash when I installed it. Though I can't say I felt anything, plus or minus, when I had the Corsa installed - Except for the lack of severe heat which used to be in the side sills. (Obviously it sounds better too!)


I also have 3.55's and Green Filters. Car runs very good now!
