Upstream O2 Sensor replacement

About to put in a new set of headers (Belanger) and was wondering if it's worth replacing ther O2 sensors that are in the headers. I'm most worried about damaging them trying to get them out. They have 12k miles on them.

Should I do it or not?

With only 12k miles, I would not replace them. I recently did mine and they are a piece of cake. There is no need to worry about damaging them.

yah... no need. plus, they are readily availble at autozone for cheap (bosch part... i forget the part #).
