UV Cracked Window Sweep

So, I was massaging the GTS today and noticed the beginnings of UV weathering on the window sweep (outer) on top of the doors. What products are recommended for slowing outside rubber aging? Are they still available?

I use zaino leather on all leather,plastic,vinyl and rubber on the car except the tires. Looks better than brand new on my 01. GTS Bruce
