There was some confusion on the start up on the Website V-10 Nationals

I have hired a outside firm to create and manage a website that has not been completed. However a fellow Viper Owner created this site and published it as a surprise to me an many others. I was concerned of it's motive due to the fact that the V-10 Nationals is not become a Cash Cow!

After speaking with the owner of this site we have come to an agreement that is fair and acceptable:

I will Manage the site and have full control to Protect the V-10 Nationals
He will be the official Webmaster and Moderate the site as well.

We will work hard together to fully Develope the Potential of the site and increase the excitement of Viper Drag Racing.

Please Go there and register and become a part of this exciting Opportunity!

Many hands make the load liter.... It was exciting to see over 110 cars participate between the 2 days at the Florida V-10 Nationals any many others just came to watch!

This series has a serious fallowing for such a young series....many vendors and boards are reaping the benefits for being involved.

David keep up the GOOD work.... :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :2tu: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Hello everyone!

I hope you like the website and thanks goes out to everyone that have visited and registered on the Forums!

So, who am I? Who is the mystery guy? Well, several of you have figure it out that it is me. It wasn’t too difficult. I own a 95 RT/10 and the picture of my car is everywhere on the site.

My name is Steve Salis. Some people also know me as “Steve the Greek” (yes that is because I am from Greece…what did you think? ;) ).

I participated on the first V-10 Nationals in Bowling Green, KY during the 2003 season and surprisingly I took first place with my GEN1 car.

The event was so much fun! I wanted to participate to the rest of the events but work did not allow me to attend. :(

I live in Florida and of course I was part of the V-10 Nationals in Bradenton. Well, my clutch started to quit on me so I was not able to perform as well as I could. I still had tons of fun and I was happy for my friends that walked away with a few trophies. :2tu:

So, I will continue to build and maintain the V-10 Nationals site. The goal is to have all the information about the Series in one location. I meet other Viper owners all the time and I want them to get involved. It has been hard to explain the V-10 Nationals to them and I normally don’t have all the answers for them. Now I can just direct them to site and they can learn everything about it (of course we need to finish building the site first).

David (Dr Roof) has total control of the Series and the content of the site. If it weren’t for David the series would not even exist. He is the Father of V-10 Nationals. David is also the Moderator of the V-10 Nationals Forums so he can maintain a positive attitude for the Series.

If any of you have any comments and/or suggestions about the site please let me and/or David know. There is always room for improvement.

Thank you all for your time you took to read this message!

working on having more Vendor support trackside.

Currenty:
Jason Heffner with Heffner performance offers trackside service at all the events. He can repair anything and will have all basic parts for drag racing available for sale.

Soon we will have multiple Vendors in place at all events.
