VCA Drag Racing at Gainesville next Saturday Oct. 8

The VCA of Central and North Florida has it's third annual drag racing day at Gainesville Dragway, Saturday October 8. VCA members of the local club are free. Guests are $30 each for admission and lunch. If you are a VCA member of another region you are also welcome to run. Your cost for the day is $30. The deadline to register is Monday Oct. 3. Please call Barb at the VCA office at 407-366-0366 and sign up for a full day at the track. Trophies and lunch are provided.

Sorry. . .guests are $15.00 each to cover lunch and admission to track, not $30.00 as I quoted in my earlier posting. VCA members from the Central and North Florida club are "FREE" all other VCA members from other regions are welcome. There will be a charge of $30.00 to run your car all day and have lunch.

Hi David. Yes the track will be prepped and treated. WE need you to call our office by 5PM ESDT tomorrow to register. That is our cut off. Call Barb at 406-366-0366 and let us know you are coming.
We need to give Gainesville a head count for catering Tuesday morning. Look forward to your participation. Please remember, Gainesville runs strict NHRA rules for safety.

Due to bad weather forecast this weekend for Gainesville, the planned drag racing event has been postponed and will be rescheduled for another date.
