I was in need of some stickier tires for the Viper so I of course went to the much respected VPA to look around to see if they had what fit my needs. I found what I was looking for and placed the order, and the prices were very good. They emailed me very quickly after I placed the order and let me know that the tires (Kuhmo XS, go figure) were going to be a long lead time item so they would happily refund me so that I could find them elsewhere. They didn't hesitate for a minute to make sure that I was a satisfied customer before issuing my refund. You better believe that next time I need something for the Viper, that they are the first place I'm checking. Class act business practices!
