Hmm. Steve are you sure about that? Are there two different artists who have titled their famous print with the same name?
To the best of my knowledge, "Shelby's Surprise" was done by the famous automotive artist, Bill Neale. Bill resides right here in Dallas, Texas, and we consider him to be a valuable friend to our North Texas VCA region. He attends our meetings from time to time, and always blesses us with a new story about Shelby.
In fact, I'm quite proud to actually own print.... #1, of the 500 made of "Shelby's Surprise", signed for me by BOTH Bill and ol' Shel himself. I can't ever imagine parting with it, but if you want to send me a private message, I can probably hook you up with Bill to be able to find one somewhere else. Best regards, and hope this helps.
