A tour has been scheduled by the VCA to visit the facility where Vipers are assembled at 10:00 on Friday November 7. Tentatively, I plan on flying up to Detroit for this event. I live in Medina, Ohio, which is adjacent to Akron. If anyone within this area would like to fly up with me, send an e-mail to [email protected] (do not use the message service within the VCA as I do not check it with any regularity). Up to three additional people will fit in the plane. After landing at the airport, I plan on acquiring a courtesy car to take us to the facility.
If you wish to go, you must call Kim at the VCA (800-998-1110) and give her your VCA membership number no later than by tomorrow the 30th of October. There is no fee for the tour, and cameras are allowed. I will be out of town tomorrow, and may not reply immediately to your e-mail, so if you think you would like to go, be sure to at least give Kim a call to get registered. You can always cancel. This is rather late notice, but just today I decided to do it.
