Hello Viper Drivers:

Thunderhill will be our 3rd event of the season!! Below you will find the
details for the Thunderhill event. If you are planning on attending the
event PLEASE e mail me back the answers and you are all set. If this is
your first event of the year, then please go to www.viperdays.com and fill
out the application and Med+Stats forms online. Once you have filled them
out press send. Once I receive them I will e mail you back a confirmation!

We will be running the Full track counterclockwise. NO CHANGING!! I promise!!


1. Do you plan on attending the Thunderhill Event? Yes Or No

2. 1 or 2 days? $300 1-day $615 2 days (or $665 if this is your 2nd event
or $615 if this is your 3rd event!) VIPER DAYS is giving a $50 off coupon to
people that have attended the first 3 events this year! Thank you for your
support!!

3.Do you plan on bringing any guests who will be participating in on the
food package? $125 (which includes a Fri PM registration/cocktail party, Sat
& Sun lunches , and a Sat pm dinner) DINNER ONLY is $45.

4. Food Selection for the Sat PM dinner at the Best Western Hotel (Host
Hotel)
- Mexican Buffett including: chicken, fish, & beef chimichangas,
quesadillas, flautas, taquitos, rancheros, tacos, rice, beans, chips & salsa

5. FRIDAY TEST & TUNE: Is Available!! You will need to contact Terri Angen
to sign up 408-621-0836 (cell) or by e mail [email protected]. $300 tax
deductible for the day! Please fill out the app via the Viper Days web site
and fax it to Terri. The fax #408-379-1901

6. CAMPER/MOROTCOACHES: OVERNIGHT CAMPING IS ALLOWED!! The cost for the
Fri & Sat camping fee is $470 That cost will be split among ALL of the
people that wish to sleep on the grounds. Terri Angen will be collecting
the $$ for that at the track.

7. Will You be camping overnight at the Track in your camper/motorcoach?

***IMPORTANT****

TIRE UPDATE:
Michelin informed us that their new DOT tire the "Michelin Pilot Sport Cup
MIGHT be available for the Thunderhill. Because there is NO definite answer
to this WE WILL ALLOW the Hoosier DOT AND the Michelin Sport Cup tires to
be run in the Super Mod and Unlimited. This MAY be the LAST event that you
may run your Hoosiers. If you need Hoosiers, Sport Cups or street tires
please call Bobby Archer and order your tires. 817-877-1772

COST: $665.00 or $615.00 for VCA member one time discount(VCA # required) - for a registration/reception party at the Best Western Golden Pheasant Inn, two lunches, and a Saturday night banquet at the host hotel, commemorative gift and extensive track time. One day entry $300 includes 2+/- hours of track time & lunch only!!

TIRES Bobby Archer Enterprises are the Exclusive provider of trackside safety needs, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing Michelin or Hoosier tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring them to the track. Call Bobby @ 817-877-1772

TRAILER AND RIG PARKING You are allowed to drive in and park & set up on Friday!! Gates are open from 8-6pm

FUEL The track is selling, 92, 100 unleaded. $3, $5

MED STATS 2003 IS MANDATORY! ! There is a NEW form requiring additional information. Please bring your Med+Stats lanyard or fill out Med+Stats confidential information and return with payment ASAP. Renewal will be only $ 15.00.

FRIDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at the Best Western. Check in and register at the reception with hors d’oeuvres. Tech. inspection will occur all day Friday at the track or Saturday morning. Please join us for hors d’oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. A Viper tech inspection tip: empty your glove box and trunk at the hotel instead of the track.

GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the track and/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount, must call Courtney for details!!

GATE HOURS: Friday 7am-7pm Saturday 7am-8pm, and Sunday 7am-8pm

TRACK INFO

SATURDAY: If arriving on Saturday morning, be at the track by 7:00AM for registration and tech inspection and drive-arounds begin at 7:15. MANDATORY drivers meeting at 7:30. The track will go hot at 8:30. Classroom instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet at the Best Western, 6:30 cash bar / dinner at 7:00PM.

SUNDAY: Be at the track by 7:30 AM. Driver meeting at 8:15 the track will go hot at 8:30.

We realize you can buy these products anywhere, but we cannot quantify sales without purchasing thru our vendors. It would help out Viper Days if you supported them. *****Safety Equipment: Although safety is ultimately the responsibility of the driver, Viper Days' MINIMUM requirements are:******

Helmets must be Snell 95 or newer AND less than 5 years old. Motorcycle helmets require a balaclava.
Long sleeve shirt, long pants, soft sole enclosed toe shoes, gloves required for all classes.
Driver's Suit (2 layer min), Nomex Gloves, Neck Restraint required for Unlimited, Comp Coupe Unlimited classes.
Neck Restraint highly recommended for all classes.
SRT/10's and RT/10's must have a roll bar or hardtop.
Fire extinguisher required for Unlimited Class
5 or 6 point harnesses mandatory for SRT/10's.
5 or 6 point harnesses mandatory for all other cars if you attend 3 or more events.
5 or 6 Point Harnesses must be safety clipped for all classes.

This will be a great event.

Friday starts with the Brian Angen Memorial, which is mostly tax deductible. Watch the Comp Coupes dial in their cars and computer chips AKA brains. This will also give all Viper Days Attendee's a chance to get a ton of laps to get familiar with the track.

Sat and Sunday GenII Vipers/Comp Coupes/Panoz wheel to wheel racing. And for the non-racers get tons of track time learning how to drive.

The best part is the social nature of this event. Fantastic support(engines to tires) by the Archer's. Service Top Shelf.

The will also be a great event to watch, but a T-Shirt, tires, headers, brake pads or upgrade StopTech kit, models, etc. It has everything a Viperholic needs and for Three Days.

You do not want to miss this weekend Friday/Sat/Sunday at Thunderhill! And there will be "Thunder" from the CC's that will be abundant. Frank Parise has a gorgeous Black with Silver stripes, this CC is to beautiful to race!

I can not wait to see the CC "Blizzard" of Bob Woodhouse, Gary Lashinsky's Blue stripeless CC, and the other CC beauties of Russ O's, PMUM, etc.

Drive or watch, this will be an outstanding long weekend starting with the Brian Angen Memorial followed by Viper Days.
