If I just wanted to come and watch, what time on Saturday would be a good time to arrive?

Also, maybe a dumb question, but is the parking paved for spectators and can I get around to see the cars when they are not in action.

The Paddock is paved and you can wonder around and see all of the cars talk to the drivers and teams. Very nice facility.
