Yes that is the Deep Blue Sapphire. I have seen all the pictures there are of this color. None of them portray it accurately.
If you want to know what it looks like go to a chrysler dealership and look at a 300M in this color or look at a Patriot blue Durango. They are not the same color but close.
If you don't live in a sunny state it will mostly look black.
