I would think that stripes of the factory 8" width would be a better alternative.

The seller only has 26 feedbacks and is selling stripe kits for various cars. It's unlikely that there is much experience out there with him. I'd recommend getting vinyl that is definitely made by a known manufacturer and one that is meant for this type of application.
