Herb Chambers Dodge has a good Viper Tech - I forget the guy's name, but he is a good guy and knows his stuff well. However, I can't say much for the rest of the department there. I've had them service my car, and it took them over 2 weeks to replace a bad battery. They also left my car outside *unlocked* although they told me it was safe and sound inside.
The tech himself is real good, but you really need to keep the department on a short leash. Ever since Herb Chambers son left the dealership, things have really gone downhill there.
