Viper Tune up, running rough?

2000 Gts, 17653 miles
Ive had my car for 4 years, its getting up thier in age. So what tune-up things should I do or look for? It also seems to miss alittle at idle? Computer shows a emissions leak large? Ive changed all fluid,Air filters,and added a powersteering vent tube. Any advice would be awesome thx guys

Plugs, wires.

Fuel filter depending on fuel quality used.

Throttle body cleaning.

Do you have a CEL (check engine light)? What is this computer saying (exactly...)?

Any O2 sensor codes?

Gas cap tight?

Leak detection pump working?

Vacuum leak?

wires and plugs are new, where and how to do fuel filter, I dont have the cpu codes, but it said emission control leak large.
