I ordered a Rear Cargo Cover from them in early December. They responded to all my emails until I actually placed the order. Now they won't respond to anything. I had a friend send an email asking about a product which they promptly responded to, yet they will not respond to me. I do a search on the forum and this seems to be standard operating procedure for Viperware.

Just a warning to future customers.

They are tough to get ahold of. I think they run out of their home.

Give parts rack a call. I think he knows how to get ahold of them.

Ill sell you my rear cargo cover. CHEAP!

i had problems with viperware and their floormats. once they have your money, they could care less about you.

i had problems with viperware and their floormats. once they have your money, they could care less about you.

That is further than I got. I tried to call and ask about a product but I never recieved a response. Do they advertise in the VCA magazine? If so, can they be banned from doing so due to poor customer service (i.e. that tuner from Texas)?
