Visiting Vancouver/Victoria for Halloween

Hey Western Canada club,
I have to head up to Victoria for a week maybe more for some work related stuff. I will be "stuck" there over the Halloween weekend and being that I don't know anyone I thought I would reach out to the Viper club. "They're fun people, right?"

I thought I would ask to see if there were any events or social gatherings that I might be able to attend while visiting. I'd hate to have to spend Saturday in the hotel bar.
