VOI Partial Plate Collection (LOTSA pics!)

Well, I shot over 250 license plate photos there and barely scratched the surface. I was going to start out my "Day 4" photo post with these (spent early Sunday morning shooting most of them), but there are too many good ones and I figured you would like to see them all together. This is a small sampling of what was at VOI 8. I will post more later or on the Kansas City VCA site (kansascityvca.com). Note that most cars were in an underground parking garage with limited light even in the middle of the day. So while the quality of the pics may suffer a bit on some, the messages are clear!
