Warped rear valance panel just left of exhaust outlet...

Just noticed this on my 01 GTS. It droops (bulges) on left side whereas right side looks fine. I don't think it was that way when delivered. Did the heat of the exhaust cause this? Is it common? Warranty item?

I have exactly the same car as you, BUT, mine bulges on both sides. Obviously, you didn't get your money's worth! I ain't worried about it though.
