Warranty question: mopar maxcare or other

[RX VIPER]

I have a Gateway member who just purchased and 03 with 11k miles. He is wanting to purchase an extended warranty, but he has a unique situation. He's in the military and may have to move to Germany before the end of the year. Is anyone aware of an international warranty available on Vipers? If not, is the mopar maxcare the way to go or do you have other suggestions?
