Warranty Upgrades

Hello everyone. I am having a bit of trouble finding out more about these warranty upgrades. Does anyone know what each option exactly covers? I received the packet today but am confused. They even gave me a website to visit on the back of the packet but that does not work either. I was interested in the MAXIMUM CARE but did not know what was included in this warranty package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
