What are the proper idle RPM and vacuum specs?

My Viper (6,000 mi, stock with smooth tubes, K&N, and rain deflector delete) idles at about 680 RPM with about 8 to 9 psi manifold pressure (the readings taken dircetly of of the OBD port. Is this within normal specs? Should I clean the throttle bodies? How does one change the idle RPM?
