I believe that was Gary's car, a Indiana VCA member.
I don't know the whole story, so someone else can chime in here. But my understanding is that he spent the $$ and wanted to have the BADDEST most powerful SRT10 on the road, and the numbers never went to the level he was promised. Thus, Gary sold the car, took the loss, before ever driving the car.

He's now racing a SRT4 that is really nice!!

I believe that the work was done by RSI in Houston. And I also recall reading that the owner sold it without driving it even once. He wanted 125K for it.
