No, it is not. All I did is made it so it was NOT visible unless you are a registered user. Note, I did NOT say VCA Member..or anything else. Simply put...if little Johnny, or Sarah, of cousin Billy-bob is surfing around, they will not accidentally fall into "The Pit".

Simply put...nothing has changed, except to keep it local.

The net effect on ANY user here should be NOTHING...so there is nothing to debate.
