What is 'BG' Status???

My Black 2008 Coupe w/ Red/Black Interior is in 'BG' Status. What exactly does that mean?

Here's what it says on the Viper Registry:

"BG - order has passed edit, but cannot be scheduled regardless of priority or sold status

• F - Financial hold
• B - model or option
• B - build out
• L - material restriction
• M - material hold (fleet)
• BX - good order available for scheduling"

Is that just that it has not been scheduled yet for production or is there a problem with the order?
