What is Ivoice on the 08 coupes

This may have been posted before, but I couldnt find it. thanks for the help. I have a dealer that will sell me an 08 coupe coupe for 1/2 way between invoice and msrp. Does that sound like a good deal?

In my view, given the demand and limited numbers of the 2008s, from slightly above invoice to MSRP is a good deal.
