What trans fluid in 96 GTS?

Can somebody help me please with what fluid to use in a 96 GTS? I cant figure out which one. Mercon V, ATF+4, D/C3? I was told that in 96 or 97 there was a TSB for synthetic. Ive searched and still cant decide. Thanks

In my notes I have this:

Transmission
3.8 L (4 Qts) Capacity
Change every 21k miles (Service Manual) (12k miles per Tom Sessions)
Dextron III (Service Manual); Castrol Syntorque LT(Mopar #4874459)(per Jack B)

You can also do a search for the infamous "Seminal Fluids Thread". slaughterj had a website with a chart but that link was not working a few minutes ago. Maybe slaughterj or someone else will provide that chart shortly.
