Trade up......

Power windows

Door locks and door handles

Security system

More horse power and torque

dual air bags

better manufactured hood (I don't mean looks either)

That's just a couple reasons why I would trade up. The wheels look better, but that's not a real reason. You ask for opinions, so there's mine.

I love my 98. I like the power windows of the 98, don't need the power mirrors of 99+. I don't care for the 18 inch wheels of the 99+. There was a discussion that the larger wheels may hurt in some performance applications. Don't know if it's true or not. I also believe the cam is a bit milder on 99+, can anybody confirm?

My 98 is making 425 rwhp with smooth tubes, K&N, and no rear muffler.

I don't have any complaints about my 98 and will probably get a second one. GTS this time.
