Will 19" rear and 18" front wheels/ties from a 2006 Viper fit a 1994 Viper?

They should. Pretty much any wheel from any Viper will fit another, though the gen 5 has slightly different offset as I believe. I know I've seen gen 3 wheels on a gen 2, so don't see why they wouldn't fit a gen 1.
