Need to know if I can help a fellow viper owner out with my extra set.

Only if you do not expect them to turn!! They will not turn because of the anti-lock brakes. They will bolt up but will not spin. I think that I am correct but someone else chime in to back me up.

I believe you may have to grind down a bolt in order to get them to work, but in the end it will work.

17" wheels won't clear the rear brake fittings. 17's will fit the front. You can get shorter fittings from places like West Coast Vipers. Then the 17's will fit on the rear.

FWIW, I know first hand about fitment. I blew 2 tires the first day I bought my viper (2002 ACR), and Janni and Henry Cone brought me a set of 17's to get me home. The problem is in the back, where the break line bolts up to the ABS caliper. Instead of the break line coming in from the side like previous version, they do it from the top. That ONE bolt on each rear caliper is what rubs/interferes with the 17 inch wheel. We figured that out, only after we bolt them on, and I started moving.
