Andrew, after the first VOI in Detroit [1994], Rich Harrison organized/founded the New York Viper Club in October of 1994. In 1994 I got my Viper and joined the club. At the Club's first meeting early in 1995 I was asked to be the club's Technical Director. A few years later we added Connecticut to our Region.
