Where can I get a chrome Alternator

Where can I get a chrome alternator? Or is it hard to take apart the existing stock one and have it plated? Does the Viper alternator share with another line of Chrysler cars?

You might want to consider having it polished. I polished my gen1
alternator with a dremel and didn't have to fully disassemble it.
It looks great.

I took mine apart. Sent the housing out to be chromed and then put it back together. If you can't do that take it to a rebuild shop and have them take it apart and reassemble.

Just make sure whoever does the disassembly/reassembly knows what they're doing, because the center section already fits into the housing very tightly, and once you add the plating it's even tighter.
