Where to have ring & pinion installed Bay Area Calif

I'm looking for a local shop in the San Ramon, Calif
area to install a new set of 3:55's in my SRT. I have
all the parts to install when I get my car back from
the cam bolt repair.

Bob you need to see Ted and Al at Valaya Racing. They're the only guys I'll let work on my baby. They service most of the Norcal vipers and are awesome guys to work with. You can reach Ted or Al at 408-448-8811.

$900 seems a little high. I don't recall them charging me anywhere near that. I think you should just pay them a visit and speak to Ted or Al directly. They are very busy and that's because they know what they are doing! I wouldn't trust my baby with anyone else! A visit to their shop and you'll be hooked! The other route would be to go to Hartzhiem Dodge off of West Capitol on Automall.

They will also put the CORSA on at the same time at VCA hourly rate~~ 4 hrs

Thanks all for the help, I do have a $600 scheduled appointment with Al for
the gears install
There was a misunderstanding about the $900 estimate and RonB straightened
this all out. (Thanks Ron) I've been impressed with this board and today is
another fine example.

Hey Bob! Glad to hear everything is okay! My Black SRT10 is with Ted and Al now! They're adding the comp coupe computer to it, as well as, hardwiring my Valentine 1 and adding a few other bolt on mods. Trust me when I say you will be vary happy with their service!!!

Ask Al or Ted. They mentioned to me that the computer used for the comp coupe was made available for the SRT10 so they ordered one for me. Said is should add about 50hp. If it comes in, they will do the install next week and will have my car dyno'd so I will let you know by then on what the gains are. Ask Al about their custom suspension system too!

I will be VERY interested to see how much power is gained with the CC ECU. Have you dyno'd your car prior to the ECU install, so that you have a valid comparison?

Hi Ben,

Yeah i'm pretty excited to see what gains I get from the new ECU. I believe my tech is going to have it dyno'd before the install but I will double check with him today and let you know.
