Didn't post this in the performance section, because this is a poser (sp?)question.
I hacked my cats off, and it sounded great. It was stinky and loud, but did sound killer. Neighbors were not impressed though, especially at me leaving at 4:30 am to go to the zone rendezvous.
The test-pipe was just a place holder until I decided what to do about headers. I found a nice used set, and will be putting them in. I'll add some high flow cats in, and a reducer for my corsa 2.5" catback, which will stay.
The question is, which will be louder:
a) 97 stock manifolds, "test-pipe", corsa 2.5"
b) 1 5/8 headers, high flow cat, corsa 2.5"
Anyone? Anyone?
