Why big range on used sales prices

I've been checking on sales prices for 2000 RT/10's and have found a $12,000+ range in asking prices, as high as high $60's and as low as high 50's. Most of these all have relatively low miles, less than 10K miles, some real low, but not too much difference from car to car, but a huge range in prices.

I'm wondering why the huge range? What is the reasonable price range for a 2000 RT/10 with avg (7K) miles? Hmm.

Probably the usualy explaination (assuming there is not anything really wrong with the lower priced cars), motivated sellers...Financial constraints...
