Why do I have to log on every time I go to the forum

hello,
up until a month ago my info. was always logged in on the VCA site. lattely every time i go onto the site i have to re-log in again. anyone have any ideas how to fix this or why this is happening? thanks.

When you log in, check the 'remember me' box. You or someone else deleted your cookies on your computer.
