Wipers stopped working?!?

Took the GTS out of storage for the winter, and I was driving along when I smelled a burning electronics type of smell (used to get it when a computer monitor blew). I thought it was something from my stereo system, but that wasn't it.

I checked everything, and the only thing that seems broke is that the wipers don't work. I turn the switch and....nothing.

Is there a fuse that could have blown to cause this? Is it one of the under-hood ones or the under-dash ones? I'd rather check this myself than let the dealer look at it.

There are indeed fuses......but there is a also a noisy little "Wiper controller" under the carpet on the passenger side. This has possibly failed. (My GTS did, too. It is covered under OE and extended warranty......)

In case you are out of warranty, retail is $392, but PartsRack has em new for about $300. Used for about $200.
