I'm sure the neighbors think it was repossessed, but this morning in broad daylight I helped load the snake on the car hauler. It's on its way to get some service from the ever popular guys and gals at Woodhouse. Bob, Nancy, Rick, Bill, one word...Thanks. Amid the anguish of leaking head gaskets you have still managed to comfort me. You ROCK.
So tell me VCA members... is the level of service received directly proportional to the purchase price of the vehicle. If so my next vehicle is going to cost me a fortune. The reason I say this is because the V70 AWD Cross Country Volvo seems to afford me an excellent level of service from the Volvo dealer as well. I've never received this level of service when having my previous vehicles (Neon, Ram(s), Dakota, S10)worked on. But then again I've never been to Woodhouse or Gorges for service. I won't mention the other dealers I have been to. Don't want to step on any toes. Not my style.
