2.47 seconds Faster than the nearest Comp Coupe!!!! OUCH on its maiden voyage too!. This is a fast track that should be a CC type track! I know Max is an awesome driver but Tommy Archer is no slouch. Hey , you can even buy the base car at the caddy dealer too!

"Cadillac/Mobil 1/Motorola/Bose" and a nice set of big name GM sponsors too.

If McClure doesn't take out three CCs like he did at Road America last year we should have a nice showing at Sebring.

[******], I can't believe Lou Gigliotti is in 2nd place! Way to represent Dallas Lou, but you're in the wrong car!

After defending the allowances given to the Caddys, the qualifying results are a bit of a black eye for SCCA don't you think?

Talk about alowances???At least you can buy a zo6 engined caddy @ the dealer & drive one home, try that with your comp coupe!

Unbelivable......NO not really. This is why David Farmer bowed out of WCGT.
What kills me is the CC got a 100 lb add to last years weight and SCCA allows the Caddy all the mods you can think of, including an engine not available in the car as built, a trans that is not availbale, set back the motor almost 4 inches, widen the body and , and , and, and, and......Need I say anymore???

But can you walk into a dodge dealer & buy a coupe for the street??? Sure you can... a used GTS. No more crying, if the caddy is unfair, what is the CC???

it says the top 9 drivers have all broken the existing track record, that is amazing. A caddy in first? give that driver a bonus

I got to drive a new Caddy CTS V @ Cal. Speedway a couple weeks ago...Very nice piece. LS6 V8, 6 speed 400hp pretty good torque, for about $50k.
I dont know about all the racing politics, but the stock CTS V is pretty cool if you want a very quick 4 door sedan and 30k in your pocket vs. a Bimmer M5.
Cheers,

200lbs. That's what the tech inspector said today when I talked to him.

The Caddy's are a farce. Typical GM but if they think investing in this series is going to win over the performance luxury crowd they wasted 90 million...so far.
