I sent a letter off to ZAF about 2 months ago requesting an item using his order form and have heard nothing. Why doesn't he get an email address for Sneaky Pete's sake!

I have never ordered through the mail with them. But the couple times called and ordered, I was treated great!

I have never used ZAF mail order, But, every time I call him direct he was very responsive and helpful, good stuff, never unhappy with items ordered...
