Is anyone else tired of all the whining

When you pay other people to work on your stuff it is just another job to them, if they do an adequate job and don't F..K it up to bad and half way do it right you're doing good. The good people F..K it up, but they at least will go back and fix it without a lot of grief. Sometimes it's not...

It is a nice track (2.4 miles) with a couple of interesting corners. For those of you around the Reno/Tahoe area if you get a...

WOW what difference 3\" RT Cats made verses No Cats I have been running without cats and finally wussed out and put a set of 3" RT metal cats on, WOW what a difference, they really took the bite out of the header bark that hit at 3000rmps and have made the car much more driver friendly around...

So tell me How do I re-learn how to shift while drag racing

I know this is probably just a matter of more practice, but those of you who are good at power shifting what was your trick to learning to power shift under full throttle, I can't seem to break the habit of lifting when I shift or dragging the damn clutch.

Sean or other tuners jump in and tell me how to tell if my Roe Oval Cats are too Hot? The A/F reading before the Cats looks good 14.7-15.5 under no load at idle, and at full load A/F is 11.5-11.8. I have stock headers, Roe Oval Cats, and a Borla cat back exhaust. When I pulled up to the...

Roll Bar & Gauge Pod Pics

Here are some pics of the Autoform Roll Bar installed and the Elite Gauge Pod. I used a heat gun at 600 Degrees to make the Gauge pod fit better and form it to the pillar on my RT/10. I installed an Autometer Boost/Vacuum gauge and Fuel pressure gauge in the Pod.

I Keyed the Crank Thanks for the advice...

Well I took everyone’s advice and keyed the crank; here are the steps I took. Some of these steps may not be needed, but I wanted to have plenty of room to get to the crank and the bolt. The Roe S/C is running great and I have had no engine codes!!! (Note: My car sits on a Kwik Lift and was...

    Roe S/C is In!!!

Cats are welded, S/C is in... Life is good. Pulls great after 2500rpm, power is smooth and the car runs great. Going up the on-ramp you hit 110mph before you even know it. Car sounds great. Nice package everything was labeled and laid out great. It was not exactly a two-day job for me, but...

    Welding High Flow Cats

I got my high flow cats in, but there was not much room and the slip pipe is pretty close to where the pip curves to go to the stock headers, so they defiantly leak and pipe clamps (either u-type or band clamps will not seal them. It looks like there will be enough room to weld them in place...

    Help Disconnecting the Fuel Line

It's nice that DC refers to the fuel Line connector as a "Quick-Disconnect" type, but there is no quick about it, they should have referred to it as a welded connector. I have been trying to disconnect the fuel line on the driver’s side from the manifold; anyone got any tricks. The plastic...

    I'm Getting Blown!!!

I\'m Getting Blown!!! After seeing the clips from the "So thats what a SC sounds like @ 180mph" I couldn't stand it any longer and decided adding a Roe SC would make a good winter project, and since I can now say it is officially Winter in Reno since we got our first snowfall last week, the SC...

Thanks again Ron for your post on changing coolant.

It was a little scary getting the manifold plug out but it came out OK, I did not have any issue with the block plugs. The overflow canister was pretty dirty I might of missed purging this without your post. Thanks again -Jim
