Just of note to other Roe owners. I had my plugs changed yesterday after 10K miles of blower use. The plugs were in great shape, even #10! I've had the blower on the car for about 2 1/2 years. My Roe was one of the 1st new model ones at the time, the one with the updated intake manifold...
I have a Roe blower with methanol on my 1998 GTS. I have recently noticed a light brown residue on my exhaust tips after I go for a ride. Could this be a byproduct of the methanol? This just started to occur recently. Thanks
I have seen the one on Kenilworth. I also see one on Hillsborough Blvd. in a driveway on occasion. My Red/Silver GTS usually goes out on the weekends. I'm near Black Mountain and Skyline.
That could have been me too, I live off of 280/Black Mountain in Hillsborough. I saw another red/silver stripe GTS on 280 north on near Sand Hill on Friday afternoon. I was on my Motorcycle and gave the driver a thumbs up.
Thanks for the replies. The dealer called today and said that it's the crankshaft seal. It sounds like a big job? I should have it back later in the week.
I started noticing an oil puddle under the front of my 1998 GTS I climbed under the car and wiped off everything. I started the car and noticed oil seeping from the front oil pan bolts. I took it to a dealership with two good Viper techs. They changed the cam sensor gasket and oil pan gasket...
My Roe Supercharged GTS is as smooth as stock in traffic. It drives like it has 200 cubic inches of motor. I drive it every other weekend. Very smooth and drivable.
Re: How are these Dyno #\'s

I understand that the Mustang Dyno reads lower than a Dynojet?
I spoke to my CHP buddy. The girl that was killed was the passenger. Apparently the Viper was being driven recklessly prior to the collision. The driver had borrowed his father's Viper. I have no more details right now.
