The article said both were ejected and neither were wearing seatbelts. It may have been a 2002 RT/10 instead of a GTS. Best wishes to the family. RIP

Wear your seatbelts folks.
This was a friend of mine we were supose to go out cruising sat eving I couldn't make it as I had to get ready to fly out early sun moring for work. I heard today cops say they couldn't even tell it was a viper and parts were scartered over 300 feet.I was about to pass on reading this post, but purposely opened and read it thinking it may help remind me to not get over zeolous, careless or over confident when driving the viper. This just a reminder to rest of us to drive safe and responsibly so we can enjoy our cars for a long time to come. My sincere condelences and prayers going out for the family!
