The point was: use with caution. Track use is a no-brainer. But how about daily driver? Most Viper owners use it as their secondary car, but still have more than just weekend use. If I get rear-ended in the parking lot of a grocery store, am I covered? Let's hope the Grudy rep agrees this...- Chuckdoc

You want to be really careful to read the FINE print with these collector insurance companies. Some have mileage limits, and even if they don't they question why you were driving the car if it wasn't to or from a car show. asking price on my RT/10
I realize I'm just a Noob around here, but I'm in the target demographic that would be looking for a viper. In my mind, a GTS would surprise me at less than 40K but an RT/10, even a Gen II RT/10, is expected to bring a little less. People group the RT/10's together for the most part. Its not...- Chuckdoc

raced my Viper VS my bike (R1)
Don't know much about Harleys but most Japanese sportbikes are higher compression and run at closer tolerances. My 919 uses the 900rr sportbike engine that's bullet proof. Even after my break in procedure (taken it easy on rpms, riding at different rpms in lower range, etc. -see any...- Chuckdoc

Collectibility: Celebrity owned or special edition?

raced my Viper VS my bike (R1)
New on this forum, but not new to bikes. I would agree that this is a lopsided test. As a motorcycle rider, you know that the power on the R1 is not being tapped near as much with only being able to go half throttle. Yup, I got that covered. Waiting for it to come in. I'll definitely be doing my homework on all the different years, what to look for, etc..
