Custom, Dodge, VCA, SRT10\'s numbered for group buy

I want to add an SRT10 to the family, but not crazy about any of the colors.
Was wondering, how many people would be interested in a VCA group buy of a custom, Dodge built, SRT10?
A custom exterior color and interior, different wheels and a few other up grades we would think of. Give it an Austin Martin look and feel. Maybe some dark wood in the interior. etc. etc.
Would Dodge build 25-50 cars for us? Numbered.
I personally would pay another $10k to $20k for a numbered 1 of 50 deep red or triple blue Dodge custom SRT/10
What say you?

I would love to see a British racing green SRT-10 With connoley leather interior with matching top. 550 horse, NAV etc... Would be a really nice car.

The current colors add nothing to the cars lines and beauty. IMO
look at the red and white Austin made up. Who would'nt pay a few more dollars to be one of 50 or 100 owners of that Viper?

Definately,

Dark tan leather with light piping would add a nice touch.

The problem I see is getting 25-50 people to agree on the colors and options.

I'd buy one but they always have it for vca owners only...i'd be scared they might just end up doing it the next year though since its a crowd pleaser (yellow)

once you have the color an extras decided. I’m sure lots of people would step forward with a deposit.
Deep Red, British green, midnight blue, STEEL GREY!!!!!!! Sorry got carried away. What ever the color as long as it’s beautiful.

I bet a large Dodge dealer could put the deal together. And you could have it opened to non Viper owners.

It would be a great way to spark interest in the car if you were able to oder options on them. Right now they're all cookie cutter cars except for color. BORING. Go look at porsche's website, so many choices.

great idea!
more hp (SC), custom interior, much better materials, and 5pt harnesses..GPS a must, sirrus radio,better speakers, etc.
heck trick it out..butt heaters/coolers

only prob.. price would be an extra $30k and the damn dealers would sell them for an extra $50k they are the only ones that would make out.. and most of the cars would go to wealthy collectors that will never drive em...oh well...

I'm sure if you went to dodge with 50 guys, or girls, with deposits for an SRT’s painted a new color and a few interior changes, they would have no problem making them. I would think someone Woodhouse could even arrange it.

Also, I wonder if companies like Venzano would do a custom interior at a discount to be the interior of the 2006 SRT VCA edition? A tuner could do the same thing for the suspension and engine. It would be great advertisement for them and get their foot in the door with DC.

Maybe it could work.. but i see how a few dealers got there hands on the white mamba and thought it was a lotto ticket...

I still think it was to make up with them for the certificate program back in 03.

so, it might work but with caution.
