2 just got away from me rather quickly. Both were 2500+ miles away for me so I had some logistics to solidify but ... others out there? And NOT the Venom Red color.

Was researching another one . - Snakeskin - Chuck Tator and I are not sure if it is supposed to have stripes (Chuck does not think it looks right). Others' thoughts ?? ... or even better yet, an absolute definitive based on the VIN (Chuck says VIN indicates no stripes, unless last minute add to order).
Wonder if that black '08 conv with 900 miles in LA went through to that dealer on eBay for $65,000 Buy It Now. It was gone pretty quickly.

To be honest if it were me, I would have to give the thumbs down on the stripes on this one. Just my opinion but I don't think stripes look good on the SSG. It does on some colors but not that. I feel it takes away from the color. Anyway, just my penny and penny. Besides, when is Chuck ever wrong????

True ... I am not thinking he is, and, in fact, think he is right. He just said he was not sure based on the VIN, because some things looked funny on it if the car was supposed to have stripes. It is probably because they were added on aftermarket.

this Orange '08 Coupe was on eBay with a reserve of $75K. It is a $95K list car and brand new. $20,000 off sticker. Anyone see it? I would buy any new CONV for $20K off. The car I would want is about $89K sticker in a CONV, so that would be <$70K brand new.
