Without lowering the engine, I dont think there's enough room on top for the X brace

I looked into this years ago with my old Gen 2 with Archer etc. and found they are only made/available to compliment the full cage system and bolts to the forward cage assembly.

Fit an X-brace? I don't know, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't like one. I remember a WSC car at Viper Days. I thought it started as a Gen2. It had an X-brace and a lift off hood.

It's a shame that the SEMA show Carbon Fiber X Brace will not retro fit.

I doubt that there would be enough buyers for a producer to justify designing/testing/building a carbon fiber replacement for the existing aluminum brace.
