I just got my 2005 Viper and contemplating my first upgrades, what should I do for exhaust and suspension?

Popular choices are Belanger, Borla, Billy Boat, Corsa, Magna Flow, and American Racing. I'm sure there's something missing, but those are common names you hear thrown around.

You'll have to be more specific about cats, resonators, headers, and cost to get more dialled in responses.

You didn't tell us if this is your first Viper. If it is, I would strongly recommend you don't do anything other than drive it. You mentioned two things, suspension and exhaust. There is nothing wrong with the original suspension at least for the vast majority of drivers. As far as exhaust goes, to what end? Are you going to add considerably more horsepower to engine? Be specific, what are you doing to the block? As mentioned above, a good answer for exhaust depends on lots of questions.

This I can promise you, putting headers on a stock engine will provide you slightly more horsepower and only ask that you give up your hearing. The stock engine with headers friends that I have, who have been driving Vipers for decades, are all stone deaf. Easily identifiable as they end up yelling at the waitress with their order because they can't hear themselves speak.

Corsa catback with hi flow cats. Ad's a little power, improves sound and keeps the cockpit cooler by eliminating the crossover pipes.

For suspension a good quality coil-over set up, the ones that cost $5k (MCS or Moton) not the ones that sell for $1k or KW's
