Re: Can someone direct me to the "start viewing thread at last unread posting" settin
This has been driving me nuts also. Your correct! It is the yellow box that needs to be clicked on. Thanks
Just read the link and have a couple questions.
1. Someone mentioned needing to have the car on jackstands so the wheels/suspension are free/sagging down in order to get the filter out?
2. When draining the oil is it best to have all four wheels on ramps so the car is level, or doesn't it matter?
How are all of you who do not have a lift doing your oil changes?
Put the car on ramps, jack stands, etc???
The ramps I have are too steep, does anyone know of ramps that will work with the viper. If not I could always make some out of 2x12's I guess.
Here is a pic of the Autoform Hardtop and windows

wastntim has the 3-piece top that fits in your trunk
IMO there are only 2 contenders for the best hardtop on a gen 1.

Autoform...
That sucks! I've purchased two full sets of wheels both from members of this site and both were not perfect as stated. I still sit with two full gen 1 sets of wheels that are no good without being refinished.
That is just not true. Some leak. By far not all.
IMO you can have virtually both by getting an RT then buy an Autoform roof. Many will not know it's a convertable with the Autoform roof on.
I purchased an Autoform Hardtop w/windows for my Gen 1 but won't pick it up until I get my car out of storage in the spring.
Question is....What do you guys use to store your windows in? I know it comes with a roof storage rack but don't know about a window bag?
