    Gotcha,94 in a 45!

I disagree get the best lawyer that you can afford and take it to court, if your lawyer is good he'll find more than one mistake in the officer's procedure or equipment that would be cause for dismissal.. You should go to many forums in your area ie; Viper,Cobra,Corvette,Porsche and or look up...

My son wants to drive the Viper to the Prom

I was 17 once and definetly should/could not have been trusted with such a car.. There would be wide black marks everywhere not to mention blinding speeds down country roads going to and fro..Yikes!! that's right I owned a Roadrunner back then=he-he;-)

A little advise on road racing please.

Check fluid levels prior means in you too :-) I recommend checking lugnut torques, keeping the Pilots at 32 pounds hot, this means checking them after your first time out or when you notice additional understeer in the chicanes or tight corners.. The Motul 600 is a must or you'll lose your...

Why does my snake HATE uneven pavement?

I had the same problem but this year is different; went back to stock toe and camber settings, added brand new Pilots and Eibach 1" lower Pro Kit springs((tirerack))..I don't know what peice did it but the road that used to bug the *** outta' me can be driven hands off now :-) By the way the...

    PIX DOUG LEVIN'S SHOP

Re: PIX DOUG LEVIN\'S SHOP Man, that is a wicked looking squeeze system.. I have told myself that i'm not spending anymore money on my monster this year so I can build a Viper Blue/White striped Factory Five Cobra this winter, but it's tempting ;-)

Woodhouse advice "rod end oil clearance"

Re: Woodhouse advice \"rod end oil clearance\" Shame on you two ;-) you haven't been checking the message board regularly have you?? The post was made about 3 weeks ago by Bob whom had from experience shared that his car and others were developing excessive wear to the #2 and #4 rod end...

Tommy Archer 5th in TransAm (V8) viper

It was great to see Tommy Archer and a Viper in the Trans AM and I couldn't help but to notice that Justin was well behind our man in his Corvette.. Like I told my wife, watching the race on Speedvision was a good fix for me and 5th isn't too bad for the car's debut where it seemed loose in...

    Southern Cailf. NOS installation???

With a moderate level of mechanical ablility the NOS 5180 system is easy to install(I installed mine myself 2 years ago) and I bet that BTR has good instructions for the rest of the installation, i'd do it myself as a weekend project so as not to be rushed.. Read your instructions...

Bear Tracker vs. Radar Detector or Both

Who me speed?? You got me Gerald, I have a SICK fetish for speed/adrenaline it takes maximum control to keep from just blasting down the open highways/country roads with everything she's got--squeezing the Nitrous then slammin' her down and sliding around the corners--wearing a 5pt, strappin' me...

    Lower car for 1 inch

Hi Mark, there's only one set available but from my UNEDUCATED standpoint it's much easier to know i've chosen the right set for my car that way.. To clarify the earlier post on the ride though, I should state the stiffness is comparable to stock plus maybe 10%..

Bear Tracker vs. Radar Detector or Both

I have an outlaw motorcycle rider friend whom swears by using both the Beartracker and the V1 conjunctively ((one earphone in each ear)) when he's tearing up the highways with his buddies.. He says you have to first learn to discern noise and unuseful talk and learn to pick up on cop talk.. But...

    Lower car for 1 inch

Hi Mark, my car is a '96GTS and it rides BEAUTIFUL!! I know it's hard to believe it was hard for me to believe to but the ride is suprisingly comfortable I actually prefer it to stock by a longshot.. As for scraping nada, hasn't happened and I have been over many speedbumps and steep lot...

    Lower car for 1 inch

You're right Mark you do need to get the design height/ride height reset 1"lower at the time you realign the car.. I had it done at Les Schwab for $130 out the door :-)You'll need to bring a service manual and have an idea what it means, because the average schmo has no idea what you're talking...

    Lower car for 1 inch

I personally went with the Eibach Pro Kit 1" lower springs and kept my stock Konis, I am very impressed with the ride, turn in and added stability.. In fact the ride is so much different it took a little getting used to but it works much, much better than stock, the gap between the tires and...
