The clamp downs are fine, but you stand the risk of spraying corrosive brake fluid everywhere if you don't take the extra time to check and make sure you have a good seal. Even then, the cap can slip and ruin your day.

That's the tough part. You can get the universal clamp down type pracically anywhere, but finding the screw on cap part of it is hard. Miller Tools is the manufacturer for the screw on cap (do a search for brake bleeder cap miller tool) and one of the members on here actually sold it at one...
Ahh! I get it now. There are manufacturers that carry racing seats that fit Vipers. For example.

THe reason you don't see much of them in Vipers is that you probably see...
Because there are vendors that re-upholster the seats. And they do a great job. The drawback here is that you have to ship off your seats.
I don't quite understand this question. Do you mean how you mount the top part of the belts that are above your shoulder? If so, there are mounting holes...

It overflows - thus the name "coolant overflow bottle"
It's purpose is to provide a way for air to escape the system without drawing in any air, and to draw in coolant if needed.
Yes, you could have over-filled the overflow bottle and yes, there is a drain on the over flow bottle at the top. And as grnsnake had mentioned, you might have a puncture at the bottom of the bottle instead.
